How we tasted chocolate CACHET

What taste and composition?

We were incredibly lucky and managed to try immediately 4 different tastes about each of them we will tell in more detail.

Milk chocolate with caramel and sea salt, 300 g COMPOSITION The total amount of cocoa products is at least 32% (with a minimum allowable rate for milk chocolate — 25%). The amount of dairy products is at least 14%. Emulsifier: soya lecithin (a natural thickener). 100 g of chocolate contains: proteins — 5.1 g fats — 27.9 g carbohydrates — 60.9 g Calorie content — 522 kcal. (1566 kcal 300 g chocolate)* *daily rate calories for women — 2000-2200 kcal, for men — 2100-2500 kcal. Just remember this before you open this chocolate bar :) TASTE Even with the presence of salted caramel, the chocolate bar is very sweet. It has a pleasant crunch due to the presence of granules, which are something between toffee and caramel. But you need to be prepared that this caramel can stick to your teeth. If you like dark chocolate more, then this one will seem cloyingly sweet. Rated 3 out of 5
	Dark chocolate with cherries and almonds, 100g COMPOSITION In the first place is cocoa butter (this is a very good sign), also contains cane sugar, almonds 6%. Separately, it is highlighted that chocolate contains nuts and soybeans. Dry cocoa in the composition of not less than 57%. Emulsifier: soya lecithin. 100 g of chocolate contains: proteins — 6.9 g fats — 37 g carbohydrates — 41 g Calorie content — 544 kcal. TASTE Cardboard packaging with cool text on the back. You can also smell the chocolate itself. The taste is moderately bitter with a touch of drunk cherry — a cool combination. The almonds are finely chopped and very easy to eat. Most likely, people who are indifferent to dark chocolate will not like it at all. Rated 4.5 out of 5

Emulsifier: soya lecithin. 100 g of chocolate contains: proteins — 7.1 g fats — 30.3 g carbohydrates — 54.4 g Calorie content — 524 kcal. (1572 kcal 300 g chocolate)* *daily rate calories for women — 2000-2200 kcal, for men — 2100-2500 kcal. Just remember this before you open this chocolate bar :) TASTE A large bar of chocolate breaks into pieces that are unusual for us in size and thickness. And as our designer Alice said, it’s not a shame to treat guests with such chocolate. Delicious moderately sweet milk chocolate with fresh almond flavor. Rated 4.5 out of 5
	Dark chocolate 57% with coconut and pineapple, 100 g COMPOSITION The packaging indicates that the product is organic. It is also indicated that it contains soy and its processed products! The total amount of cocoa products is at least 57%. In the first place is cocoa butter, then cane sugar and cocoa butter. Dried Coconut Pulp — 5%. Dried Pineapple Slices — 1%. Emulsifier: soya lecithin. 100 g of chocolate contains: proteins — 6.1 g fats — 37 g carbohydrates — 43 g Calorie content — 544 kcal. TASTE The most controversial chocolate bar of all tested) Our opinions are very divided. One group liked chocolate with a pleasant coconut smell and exotic taste. There is a certain freshness and a pleasant aftertaste. Another group of chocolate did not like the too sharp taste of coconut mixed with pineapple. Dark chocolate itself is good, but it is interrupted by a pronounced fruity taste. Rated 3.5 out of 5

COMPOSITION

The composition is not good, to be honest ...
The first three positions in the composition are devoted to sugar, cocoa butter, and palm oil. Lactose, wheat starch, and wheat flour are also present.
The total amount of cocoa products is at least 30%.

100 g of chocolate contains:

proteins — 4.8 g
fats — 36 g
carbohydrates — 54 g

Calorie content — 558 kcal.

TASTE

The expectation and reality do not coincide slightly - on the packaging, chocolate and filling look more attractive. But it pleases that the tile is immediately divided into pieces and do not have to break it yourself.

Sweet chocolate with a delicate fragrant filling in which there are small crunchy granules (reminiscent of OREO cookies). The pieces are rounded without sharp corners and gently melt in the mouth.

But if you eat dark chocolate more often, then this taste will seem cloyingly sweet
